Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

You may cancel your tickets and receive a full refund for the purchase of your tickets up to 24 BUSINESS  hours (M-F 9-5 PST) prior to the date and time of the ride with proper notice via email at lionsrailriders@gmail.com or phone 844-724-5743.

We do not provide refunds for no-shows or inclement weather such as rain.

 

 

 

 

Processing time

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to 5 business days before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

 

 

Ticket changes

 

You may change the date and time of your tickets up to 24 BUSINESS  hours (M-F 9-5 PST) prior to the date and time of the ride with proper notice via email at lionsrailriders@gmail.com or phone 844-724-5743.

 

Gifts Certificates

 

We do not extend refunds to ticket purchase made with gift certificates or for gift certificate purchases. If you purchased your ticket with a gift certificate, you may change the date and time.
